Our Story

“For almost a decade, I've been working in the home care industry after starting my career in hospitality. Through my experience, I noticed a gap in the market for a more personalized approach to home care. I strongly believe that big corporations should not be managing the care of individuals. I saw that managed care only meant people being "managed," rather than truly cared for, and I wanted to change that.

That's why my husband and I founded our own company, with a mission to provide a true concierge home care experience for our clients. We started our company after becoming frustrated with the way we saw corporate America handling elder care. We wanted to create a service that treated every client as a unique individual, and not just another number.

Right from the beginning, I made it clear that I would be personally involved with every client we care for, and I gave them my personal number to reach me whenever they needed to. Our commitment to our clients is to provide a truly personalized experience every time.”
